I was issued a ccj in July 2014 it's on my credit file says its £600 and today lowell sent me a letter saying they could send baylifts I no if I wait a year it will be 6 years no contact as I never knew about this debt the fact I have a ccj already for it theres nothing they can do can they can it go any higher if they send baylifts round? 600 is allot of money I really dont want to pay it I dont even remember having a vodaphone mobile

Yes, it can go much higher. As they have the ccj already the six year rule does not apply.

I suppose the the question is whether there are any goods worth the bailiffs' while for them to seize? Cars are favourite. Plus electronics. I would not get further into debt to pay them.

Depends on the debt as it could be transferred to the High Court for enforcement if it is for £600+.
