I had a hand delivered letter from bailiff for £150 I still have left to pay for parking fine but I don’t have anything for them to take only my car but its registered at my mums address not mine can they still take it?
Can bailiff take my car?

To answer your question, they can usually take a car they find if they look it up and find it is registered to you, so not parking it nearby would be an idea.
Although they CAN take a car it is really just a bargaining chip, it costs them about £1500 for tow and storage so whilst they may go through the motions they might not take it unless the creditor agrees to pay for the costs/
For £150 I would just pay something, show willing, ask for £50 over next three months. If you ignore or do not keep up arrangement then of course you create more work.
