    Car clamped

    I had a letter this morning from jbw for a dart charge its for 425.00 he didn't knock ..my car has been clamped I rang him he wouldn't accept payment plan and gave me 5 days to pay ..I have no money and I'm a single parent my daughter suffers with depression and self harming she also has learning difficulties I'm at my wits end please any help I have no one to borrow money off
