This was about the extension of time for an appeal in the family court. It also is about the fact that the LEA appears to have served additional evidence on the mother on the day of the trial. She lost the appeal and her child will be adopted. Thankfully she moved to Ireland where the rules do not mean that they are effectively "robbed" of their flesh and blood until the child reaches the age of 18. Interesting case but no one really wins in this case."Family means that no one gets forgotten or left behind"
