This was an appeal against a finding of sexual abuse by two people. The failure of proper interviewing techniques and three other reasons for appeal meant that this appeal was allowed.

i read that one as well, quite hard to read.

Poor kids are iether that messed up due to there home-life with the parents, that they made up allegations to get out, or that the abuse was that bad, the poor kids dont have a base reference for normality none fantasy.

Whatever it is/was, the problem, time after time, is the social workers/police got fixed vision ( probably correctly in this case ), and bypassed normal safety procedures when dealing with vulnerable young people. and that mistake, allows perpetrators to fight back and sometimes try justify there actions.
crazy council ( as in local council,NELC ) as a member of the public, i don't get mad, i get even
