    interesting read that one.

    Its about, if you make a settlement, but information arrises afterwards that may suggest one party has, over egged ( over claimed ) there claim, that if there was any consideration that the claim was over egged in the first place, before any settlment agreement ( tomlin order to settle compo claim ), that you can not use that to appeal later.
    crazy council ( as in local council,NELC ) as a member of the public, i don't get mad, i get even
