    Hi i am sending attached break clause for my tenant in wales . I need to givr minimum 6 months notice. Pleaseeee telll me this is fine attached? Do i need to write extra 7 days are free or i will charge her rent for 7 days ( rent payable is 1st of every month and i am sending break notice to vacate by 7 november atleast 6 months from now on thanks — jurisdiction wales

    This is a break notice. We are not shown the break clause.

    This is also in Wales.

          We still haven't seen the break clause.

          And this may need someone with knowledge of Welsh law in this area.
