    Break clause please helppp

    Hi i am sending attached break clause for my tenant in wales . I need to givr minimum 6 months notice. Pleaseeee telll me this is fine attached? Do i need to write extra 7 days are free or i will charge her rent for 7 days ( rent payable is 1st of every month and i am sending break notice to vacate by 7 november atleast 6 months from now on thanks — jurisdiction wales

    This is a break notice. We are not shown the break clause.

    This is also in Wales.

      hi sorry here is a break clause notice i am giving to my tenant in wales please help thanks .. tenancy agreement requires minimum 6 month notice

          We still haven't seen the break clause.

          And this may need someone with knowledge of Welsh law in this area.
