Local Authority BMBC sold my property without my consent and have not paid me a penny for it. AND IT WAS NOT DONE UNDER THE COMPULSORY NOTICE SCHEME.
On the 18th January 2019 I received a letter from the HM Land Registry that a B162 Notice of Statutory Charge had been placed on my property I was informed if I objected that I must get in touch with the Land Registry by the 8th February 2019. I did. I received a reply stating that I was no longer the proprietor and that a company are now the owners of property. Apparently they purchased the property in September 2018. Because my LA sold it despite my Bank being the mortgagors untilI fully completed payments in December 2018. I had to pay this mortgage for over 30 years. I originally only contracted for 19 years. The Bank said I did not have an Endowment Policy which I knew I did as my employers drew it up for me and I paid it alongside my mortgage payments.
I am a black person (there is a reason I mention this), I was practically told that I had no rights to my own property which was purchased as a private sale (not council). In fact the person I spoke to actually said “this is payback for South Africa.” Since I am of West Indian and English Descent what am I supposed to think?
Warning to all people in developing Nations if they are doing this to us who were born here. What will they do to your countries. Don’t trust them especially if they are in the North of the UK.
