    PRA/Barclaycard

    Morning all.

    I requested for a CCA on my Barclaycard account taken in 2006 or prior to that.

    Looks like PRA contacted Barclaycard and they sent me three docs per below.

    1. Short form cancellation
    2. Historic terms and conditions
    3. Varied terms and condition

    How can I check what I received are enforceable or unenforceable?

    Any help will be appreciated.
