  • BW Legal email request for payment for old Virgin final bill

Hi, I had trouble leaving Virgin in 2020, they continued billing after the final bill sent. I spoke to them but they'd sent it to BPO collections. They sent it to BW Legal, but before that I did pay the 44.05 owing. I can't find record of it, only my last DD Feb 2020. BW now say they can reduce the amount to 17.86. I do not know what to do. I can't keep paying what I already did.

Send them an account in 'dispute letter'. Make sure you get Proof of Postage.

So them stop BPO Collections annoying you.

Send a Subject Access Request to Virgin, you can do it online if you get the correct email address for their Data Protection Team

If you don't owe the money, lodge a formal complaint, follow the complaints procedure on their website, you maybe owed
    compensation.

    Update with their response.
