Being chased for debt in from 2015. How do I get information about it?

If they got a CCJ once they can't take you to court a second time for the same debt. Their threat to "issue county court proceedings" is either just BS to bully you or because actually they have no idea there is already a CCJ. Don't tell them that you found a CCJ 2016 at this time.

It is possible for a CCJ to be enforced after 6 years but the creditor would have to go back to court and get permission from a judge to enforce it, and show good reason why they hadn't enforced it earlier.
