  • Slipped disc

    I injured my back one year ago while on a work training course. The course was through an external company and not on my employers premises. Can I claim against the external training provider because they were negligent?

      That is not so important, although the OP needs to bear in mind the 3 years limitation period.

      On what has been said, any claim would appear to be against the course provider.

        Did you make any entry in the accident book at the training provider's premises? Did you make any entry anywhere?
