  • Bathroom dispute

Hello, I had a wetroom installed from a company who provided everything and it was supposed to be completed in 5 days, it took 3weeks, then it didn’t work, the water wasn’t being contained & headed straight for landing. The company took ages to respond then agreed after another 2 weeks that it wasn’t working and organised someone else to come back and redo the floor. The water is now contained but the workmanship is horrendous, once again he agreed it wasn’t right & wanted to send the same fitters back. I don’t think so, do you think I need a solicitor or could I just make a claim in the small claims court? The bathroom was 10.5k & looks horrendous
    thanks
