  • Claim set aside & adjourned

Hi, I had a claim raised against me.
the trader didn't attend and I got a default judgement.
However, they asked to set aside.

I have asked for the update for the case and that is the reply:

Our records show the case was adjourned last April due to the Covid-19 ....

We have not received communication from the Claimant or a request to re-instate the claim and list it for a hearing. It is up to the Claimants to request the matter be referred to a District Judge for directions.

However, in this instance, you have filed a Counterclaim against the Defendant.

Please confirm whether you wish to pursue your Counterclaim against the Claimant and, if so, we will refer the file to a Judge.

So, what do I do now then? Thanks

Anybody have any help or advice please on Court Claims?

Is there some sort of confusion for claims over £10,000?
      https://www.australiaescortspage.com

I have read that you can make a claim up to &200,000 now but everywhere I ask they say it’s only up to £10,000.

If you apply for court fee help do you have to pay in advance, then be reimbursed later or?

Update - the court officials were wrong and confused me.
the judgement on the counterclaim was made. So I just need to enforce the judgement. I got my money partially, 80%
