A class action law suit has been initiated in the Colorado US District Court. Among the defendants is Brian Kemp, who is the Governor of Georgia. The plaintiff filings states Brian Kemp can be sued personally, not as a government official, because, the case claims, Brian Kemp violated the Constitutional rights of the plaintiffs by doing something wrong in the 2020 election. An assistant Attorney General for State of Georgia has filed an appearance on behalf of Brian Kemp, Governor of Georgia. The plaintiff filed a motion to strike the filing, on the grounds that Brian Kemp, Governor of Georgia is not a defendant, only Brian Kemp is.
