Wrong address

I was stopped by police in may2020 for using a car without correct insurance (was meant to have business insureNCe) so I know i done wrong, they took my details even the address I currently live at which is in my lisence, last night I had a voicemail from marstons debt collectores, so I called them and they said they have been to my address numerous times and now have a warranty to inforce removal of goods,
the problem is that the address they had wasn’t not mine and I have no idea where that address has come from, I went to the police station last night to question this, so the police had my address which I have given them that evening,(may2020) and also the different address which I know nothing about, then debt whe tto to court in October a and was issued a further fine and points,
but how can I of paid the debt if they didn’t send me it to my address,
im also looking at claiming on breach of PDA and breach of GDPR as they have now leaked my personal details to a different household,
should the courts now reverse all this and give me the original fine what was originally sent beofre escalating to balieffs??
this ain’t my fault as they send everything to wrong address, even the police at the station new that was a error on their behalf

If you say you only just found out about the court action in October you may be able to get it set aside by going to court and doing a statutory declaration. However this does not remove the original offence and you will be resentenced. Ask the court who imposed the fine and points.
The only way this can happen is if you make it happen - you will have to go to court and swear the stat dec before the Magistrates.
