I have won a county court Judgement.* But i have found this company already has six unpaid judgements? Can i make these jusgments public. If he wont pay. People need to know so not to buy anymore bikes from* him?*

Many high street Banks never pay - depends on the amount in question whether you get the high court* enforcement officers to visit - cost money and these people know it?* give details/.????*
but do not go around and sort them out AS THE WIMPS IN POWER in the UK have no sense of humour.* -
County Court Judgments are a matter of public record, so there is no issue there. However, if you are using that information to start a case of harassment, defamation, blackmail or some other deliberate interference with their business, then you could be on the receiving end of a claim yourself.
