    Hi hope you don't mind the tag

    I would just like to ask if you could offer some help please?

    I would like to know if I send a statue barred letter to the court do I need to write any other letter along side this to state why I'm defending the claim?

    If I do please could you offer a example on what i should put

    You send the 'statuTe barred' letter to the claimant/creditor.

    If you are sued, state in the defence that you file with the court that you consider the claim to be statute barred.
