  • Mortimer Clark Claim court issued

Good Afternoon , I got a claim form from Mortimer Clark and have been reading threads on here so submitted the cca and the cpr request. I need to do my defense by the 11th August. I have received a letter today saying the acknowledge my letter for documens pursuant 77/78/79 of the consumer credit act 1974 and that they have placed my account on hold and no further action will be taken. Do i still file a defense or do I need to do something different ?

Only the court can only account on hold if case started, get defence in i.e. on such a date request for xxxxx sent no response
