Perch ltd court date

Perch capital .. I recently received a county court letter from perch capital, I decided to defend the case as I have never heard of this company. I sent a request for information to defend my case and to date they have not responded, the case is due to be heard on 29th April . I recently checked my credit report and the debt has now doubled since I asked for this information what do I do next?

Lending Stream, Cash Converters, CashASAP, CashForUNow, Dot Dot, Fast Loan Uk, ... However, they have sold the debt to Perch capital, who have registered a default
