  • Judgement for Claimant (in default) for PCN in 2017

    Hi all,

So in 2017 my vehicle received a PCN for "not being parked in a marked bay". Now I, as registered keeper, am receiving this "Judgement for Claimant (in default)" from UKPC.

UKPC used "DCB Legal" to chase me for this PCN and I have already gone down the route of requesting info from their DPO and denying liability and stating that they breached GDPR by giving my info, as the registered keeper, to the company.

What do you guys suggest my next action be?

    Thanks for any info/guidance.

Pay the amount claimed before it gets to your credit file

So people are allowed to give information to their solicitor or subcontractor

If you believe the Judgment was wrong, apply for the Judgment to be Set Aside. Direct Collection Bailiffs (DCB) should have added a sentence 'not subject to HIGH COURT or BAILIFF Action.'
