Hi, so I’ve had a court hearing and have got the ccj set aside, but I didn’t put in a defence in the way of an ebundle on time because I’m not well. The judge ruled that I’m to put in a defence and do directions questions - don’t know exactly what that is, despite enquiring. Do I file a new defence including the ebundle not sent.
Ccj successfully set aside - what do I do next

Sounds like you need to file a defence with the court and send it to the claimant and the directions questionnaire is Form N180 which is straightforward. Did the judge give you a time frame for doing this and have you received the order from the hearing confirming the judge's decision? If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you

Hi
I sent the defence claim form not n180 because I did not know what it was at the time and the just said they would sent me it in August last year after I sent my defence within the time scale given.
Then I got letter judgement for claimant in default saying that I did not reply to the claim form.
