    hi, this is for a family member, with a 20 quid disputed entry from 3g, id like to start process of getting this entry removed completely thanks.

    I think we would need a little more info about this before we could give any real guidance

    Defaults are not straight forward to get rid of, so if you can give us more details about why its disputed etc, that would be great

      hi, they say its end of contract and owed. I need some templates on how to get this removed as its causing financial problems. for such a low amount im sure they can do this

        Hi sorry ive been on leave the past two weeks.

        Well sadly there is no one that can give you a template to help this case, to put it simply there is not enough information to have a cat in hells chance of advising.

        Defaults are not something you can just brush off with one letter, they are notoriously difficult to remove, i have been involved in many cases where defaults have been challenged so speak from experience.
