new car/pcp

hi there
we recently bought a new car with the help of pcp. (3 weeks ago)
however the car has spent 2 weeks in the garage with a fault they cannot find and don't seem to be any nearer finding it.
we want to return the car but are unsure with the pcp finance in place, the first installment has not gone out yet.
can anyone enlighten me on the options

So you write to the garage and the finance company telling them that you are rejecting the car under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as it is not of merchantable quality. You require a refund of all monies paid. There is a template letter on here.
