Hi guys.
so I have made the difficult decision and declared myself bankrupt. In the London gazette I have notice some say capacity of office holders: official received and some say trustee. What is the difference? Mine says trustee but I have no assets and no surplus inccome. The OR rung me on Friday and said did I hahe time to chat and she asked me about a few things like who paid for my bankruptcy and who’s car was I driving which is my husband but he pays the HP on it. She then said my case is very straightforward so I will prepare the report for your creditors. She said my secretary will send you a pack to sign some forms one was a ethnic monitor one and a data release one and 2 others. She said it will say about booking a telephone appointment on the letter but not to worry as we have just done the interview. She then said to send 6 months bankstarment and 3 months payslips which I have done via email. She then sent a form via email about household income etc. Why is my case now being handled by a trustee? Or is this just who it is appointed to?
