  • Robinson Way Debt Collectors

    Hi

I wonder if you can help. A debt collector called Robinson Way are chasing me for a debt from 2004. The debt no longer shows on any credit file. I think that the debt is Statue Barred. The Debit is listed as being due to HpH2 Ltd (Ex Barclaycard).

Where do I stand with this? can they issue me a CCJ over this?

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi & welcome to LB.

Only a court can issue a county court judgment & you appear to be nowhere near that.

Approx how much are they chasing for?
Have you received a Letter Before Claim/Action? Or a County Court claim?
