Sorry i had not read your previous comment. I thank you for your honest opinion. I have directed him to this thread to read what you have said. I understand this could take months to sort out. I am willing to try your suggested route if he is. I also think that if FOS do not uphold the complaint, they will be incorrect and will invite the finance co to bring a court claim.

Can I ask how you getting on with this situstion.? I'm also with the car finance company an having similar problems. Sent me VT letter on 21st sept and it's still being strung out making me sign there VT letter.
