on the 25th September it will have been 12 weeks since I handed my car back as a VT.
the company very early on tried to claim I owed money on the gap insurance agreement, which I didn’t pay and has gone quiet.
when the car was collected the report printed said c. £500 of damage but I have not heard anything since. When do you think I should stop thinking/worrying about them chasing me for their claimed damages (which I would dispute anyway)?
