VT with MB Finance
I have used templates from the Legal Beagles forums and successfully terminated my A Class, On return from holiday I have received an invoice for over milage? I looked into this prior to terminating a had paid way over 50%, but seem to now be hounded for £560. I have a signed statement from the collection gentleman stating that the car was in excellent condition with no more than fair ware etc, EG no damage to the vehicle? Can you let me know my rights now as I do not want to pay more, I was only two months early from end of contract but needed to VT due to getting company vehicle.
I am aware that many people have this problem I t is MB finance is there a template letter I can forward to highlight my rights and appeal the invoice. Thank you in advance.
