Hi all
I work in recruitment and resigned from my old company in April and started with a competitor a month later. After nearly 6 months I have received a letter titled (as above) this is asking me to undertake and respond within 5 days or further action maybe taken. Its asked me to sign and return a form but nothing was attached. Just want to know if to ignore it or email asking to send a form to sign???
