VW Golf Voluntary Termination

hi
I have an 2013 golf TDI on VW PCP my circumstances have changed and i wish to terminate --only 4 months to go
will i have to pay excess mileage charges ? possibly 8k over the agreed
My agreement states once a figure is reached that is all i need to pay, but their is a mileage clause in the document
the vehicle has been serviced and new MOT without any advisories - only minor stone chips
