  • Car rejection and costs incurred

Hi, I'm new here so go easy. I bought a car that was faulty took garage 12 weeks to accept rejection. The thing is I am out of pocket by over £500 due to independant report and black box insurance. Re: Car rejection and costs incurred

    Hi and welcome
You are correct as per CRA 2015 Chap 2 sec 20 (19)
It may be open to a consumer to claim damages where there is no entitlement to receive a refund, or because of the limits of the entitlement, or instead of a refund..
