    Thanks so much for the advice so for clarification purposes it’s not likely to be on the database as it wasn’t followed through hence no need to declare to the employer as it won’t show up on DBS?

        Hi thanks for the advice just another thing on my mind:

        can police issue warnings or cautions through the post or after the event. Is it possible to get this later on after the event still as you are getting a rlp letter?

        Or or do the police have to present face to face with the person to issue the warning or caution?

            Me and my friend both had 15 pounds worth of eyelashes stolen from primark and were told we would get a fine, do we have to pay the fine or could we ignore it and how much will the fine be

              It will not be a fine.
              Fines are levied by the courts
              You will receive a begging letter dressed up in legalese language designed to frighten you into paying them an exorbitant amount of money
              Ignore it
