Patient Direct, misselling of advertising.

On 8th December 2017 i wrote the following email to them.

"Hi Angela,

I have received you letter attached.

Please note that this agreement has been cancelled by my end as you have not honoured the advertising as promised. I have been several times to the sites and have failed to see the advertisements. I have contacted your team a few times regarding this issue and have now given up.

Please note that no payment will be getting made whatsoever and I am seeking a refund of all monies paid. This has been passed to my solicitor.
