  • Received county court claim agains me

HI, I received a county court claim for an amount of money owed to Wageday advance in 2012. There was correspondence from another company which took over in 2013 (or they traded under a different name) which sent me an email warning for a home visit. I replied to the email requesting to know who they were, what is the debt relating to and to provide the original documents of the debt in question. I also had my psychological therapies consultant write a letter to them advising of my vulnerability (mental health and physical disabilities challenges after an accident) and adverse effect on me considering the nature of their email. I have not heard anything from anyone until last week. Now the CCC was applied by the solicitors and the debt is apparently over £1100. I just don't know what to do and I am so frightened! Could anyone advise please?

i thought they were supposed to tread more carefully with a vulnerable person, than if so I'm sure one of our experts will advise.
