Help needed re arrears interest charges ect

Hi All
I am new on here but need help very please.

I had a mortgage with stranded lime who are Barclays bang now

I had a interest only mortgage with stranded life who Barclays bank took over. 7 years ago and have recently realized after sorting out some paper work after moving house the amount of arrears interest and charges that we paid plus an early redemption charge that we had to pay at that time.

I have sent off and received the statement from Barclays bank for the mortgage where they have charged arrears interest on interest as well as also arrears fee of and early redemption charges I feel as if i have been robbed of nearly F30.000

Do you have a letter temple to send

ARREARS FEES/CHARGES
ARREARS INTREST CHARGES
EARLY REPAYMENT CHARGES
EARLY REPAYMENT CHARGE ON EQUITY RELEASE

All help and advise would be very helpful please
