  • Claiming PPI with Nat West Bank

    Trying to claim PPI with Nat West Bank from a loan I had with them from 27 years ago. I know there was PPI on it but they say they cannot locate it. I want to ask them to send me the origonal application forms for the loan so I can see what is on them. I how do I go about this. I know I have to request it via some form . But what form. And send in a pound postal order for their postage. Please can you help

    You could try making a Subject Access Request, for which you'd need to enclose a payment of £10. But as banks aren't required to hold information for more than 6 years it's a bit of a punt to be honest.
