BW Legal Credit Report

My stepdaughter checks her credit report monthly and noticed that Prac Financial had stated on there that she opned an account, that it went to default, and that the account was closed and settled. She googled the number and called and got BW Legal who told her she owed 93 pounds for a payday loan with Payday Express from 2013. She checked her bank records for that year and there is no loan from Payday Express. They are insisting she owes 93 pounds and cannot explain the additions to her credit report. No one has contacted her about this before. She has no idea what to do and I'm from America and know nothing about it.
