Hi, I have handed by car back to GMAC.
*I have been sent a bill, around £500 damages to the car. The car was in very good condition and I dispute all as reasonable wear and tear (I signed the collection company Manheim report contesting said damages)
* one services not completed £170 - I accept this change.
* excess mileage of about 4000 miles totally about £360. The mileage in my contract was 5000 miles per year (obviously to excited buying a car 3 years ago to understand this was to low). However a 3 year old car with only 19000 is great in my view
What can is challenge? I've seen lots of thread of the damages so will try my best to fight them with the help of the forums. In regards to the excess mileage most forums seem to discuss only VT so unsure if I am liable?
Also should I agree to pay for a retrospective service?
