Hi there.
Need some help, has anyone had experience with I.N.D limited debt recovery company. I received letter from them, one month ago, saying last letter before legal action. never had letter from them before, also no info of debt, as in amount who it was with anything. sent them email asking for details, no reply, Then received letter sat just gone, with notice of application for attachment of earnings, saying they have obtained a judgement against me. this time it has amount on it, but still no info on the original client or what debt was for. Is this even legal, can anyone help, have no idea what debt is and how can they be doing this.
