I want to start a motorsport business (similar to go karting), If I get customers to sign a waiver, do I need liability insurance? If not, can I get sued if customers get injured?

Re: Small Motorsport business - liability
IMHO every one , business man or private individual, should have public liability insurance.
Luckily most people have it built into their household insurance.
Running a motor sport business? A waiver would only be of limited protection.
If injury or damage to third party (even a neighbour or spectator who has not signed a waiver) occurs because of your negligence you could still be sued in spite of the waiver.
