Hi all, you may recall my last thread with my mothers parter claiming he had 'found' her will - well he actually did. We are awaiting the solicitors to send a copy to our solicitors but a question came up about testamentary expenses. As I live approx 150 miles from my mothers property & have incurred travelling expenses in order to execute the admin of the estate here on in - would travel class as an expense of this description? I wouldn't ordinarily think about that kind of expense but it would reduce the residue of the estate and his share in turn. Pedantic perhaps but it's how I feel about it! Any advice much appreciated! Very many thanks in advance.
