Car clamped illegally

I was in similar situation as one I've seen in a post elsewhere today where there was a lot of great advice hoping u can give me some too pls ?!' bailiffs came clamped my car which is on finance & on a private work car park a few weeks ago scare mongered me into getting my uncle to pay as I need my car to work & wud be in even more financial mess than now & also frequently have to leave in emergency to pick my son up from school with asthma attack but since saw a post on here where someone had had car clamped on finance sought legal advice made official complaint & got money refunded any ideas how I go about this pls was bristow & sutor the fine was actually not even mine there was a mix up with dvla changing car details over from my last vehicle when I sold it new owner ran fines up but they came back to me I have official letter from dvla stating I didn't own car at the time but bailiff dismissed it said means nothing pay in 2 hours or I'm taking it ! Advice greatly appreciated
