    Terminating HP agreement on car.

    I used the template on the forum to return my car to finance company. Car has now been sold at auction and finance company have sent me pictures of minor scratches to paintwork and asking that I pay nearly £500 to cover work. Is there a template I can use to reply as I feel that damages are down to normal wear and tear as the car was 6 years old.
