have received a county court letter from Northampton, Client Cabot financial services for under 10k which was taken out 5 years ago from lloyds bank. It defaulted on 13th June 2012. The loan was under my married name which is also addressed at my maritial home where i no longer live.
I have requested a copy of the original signed agreement which i sent to Cabot with £1 postal order. it has now been 25 days and I haven't received any correspondence as yet. I also sent a CPR18 to Restons solicitors who have responded but said that they are acting on behalf of their client cabot and any information I need i should get should ask them. I called the courts and they didn't have any information for me.
The court has asked for an expenditure form to be completed which I have completed but not posted, as I haven't heard from Cabot. I have until 23/6/17 to get the forms back to Northampton county court. I am currently on JSA Benefits and also a carer for my parents .
I have got myself into a lot of financial difficulties and completely overwhelmed with it all. I await your response as I don't know where to go from here.
