Money claim online - No reply from bailiffs

I used this site to issue a judgment against a person who owes me money. There was no reply from the defendant so I have requested the issue of a warrant. The latest status on the system now is that my claim was transferred to LAMBETH in November 2016.

In the meantime I also received a risk assessment form from the court which I completed and sent back. I haven't heard anything else since. I have emailed the bailiffs at the email address provided to me around 20 times but received no reply.

Does anyone have any idea what I need to do next?

Many thanks for your help, really appreciated. I am getting desperate here it feels like I would never be able to get my money back.

anyone any ideas? I have sent them another email and have also emailed MCO complaints. I will be moving abroad next month so I would like this matter to be somehow resolved. :/

You should be contacting Lambeth as that is where it has been moved to.

that is who I have been contacting (bailiff centre address) but they are not replying. also including the general inquiries email address of Lambeth but nobody is replying
