Hi everyone just posted getting taken to court by MCE portfolio about a car I handed back 4 years ago. Had never heard a cheep from them until last friday but they have told their solicitors that they tried to contact me and my wife on numerous occasions. Please read my post and try and help me as I haven't got a clue what to do, but I'm not handing over hard earned wages to this lot without a fight. If it means going to court I will. Cheers hope to hear from some of you soon.
