    Have on-going dispute with Barclaycard over ppi and now with FOS Barclaycard have now sent a copy of so called original application form from 2002 could anybody answer me the following;

    * Is this a legally binding agreement in respect of PPI ?

    * The application form has 3 No totally different variations of " Tick " on - even with my bad eyes they are totally different I'm am currently going to proceed for a Forensics document examination " graphology " which could prove they maybe by different persons ie added later by another.

    * Barclaycard payment protection the box is ticked " Yes " Please can I apply for Barclaycard payment protection - There isn't any " No " Box so how can this be optional ?

    * Barclaycard Card Protection - same again " But with a different style Tick - yes please can I apply for Barclaycard card protection for 1 year of cover at a premium of £16.00

    * Barclaycard have sent a copy of the supposed consumer credit agreement T & C's clearly states Card protection @ £3.95 per month and no mention of any ppi

    * PPI has been taken up until recently

    Any responses would be greatly apreciated
