Reply to BW with a "Debt is denied letter" and for them to refer back to their client. Then contact Payday UK about the alleged debt.

I have contacted payday uk they saying the account is blocked and won't give me any information. J have also contacted prac who brought the debt of payday uk they also was unable to give me any information I then contacted bw legal who could only try say we owed the money and was unable to state which account it went into. I contacted my bank that confirmed this happened 4 years ago and the payday uk had received the payment owed. But we didn't take out the loan I will send them a copy of my statement to prove this with bank details blacked out but I don't understand how they did this I the first place surely they owe me the interest charged
