    Claimant failed to Reply to my defence?

    Hi Iam defending a ccj claim against myself and I went to court and issued a defence of statute barred under limitations act , the judge asked for more evidence and ordered a re trial however the judge ordered the claimant to issue a reply to the defence to the court and myself by the 7th of June and they haven't done this what happens now they have breached that order can I ask the court for a dismissal?
